Cattlemens Restaurants Celebrates 50th Anniversary
Launches refreshed brand identity and new menu designs
The family-owned Western-style steakhouse chain Cattlemens kicked off their 50th year in business on March 7 with a celebratory event at their Santa Rosa restaurant location in Montgomery Village Shopping Center.
The evening was a time for reflection on the longevity of the brand: “Over the past 50 years Cattlemens has crafted a unique and distinctive approach to hospitality and has served up our exceptional quality dining experience to millions of guests. We have hosted friends and family gatherings and celebrations down through generations. We take pride in being part of those traditions and memories, and enjoy bringing people together for great steaks and Cattlemens’ Western hospitality.” said Wayne Holloway, Cattlemens’ President.
Looking back to the heritage of Cattlemens and how its legacy endures, John Frenzel, Director of Marketing notes: “On any evening, walk into any of our restaurants and you’ll meet guests who’ve been dining with us for 30 or 40 years. Many of them came as kids and now bring their families. It’s that relationship and emotional connection we have with our guests that Cattlemens’ success is owed to, and, is certainly one of the main reasons our brand will continue to thrive.”
With over 100 managers and staff in attendance at the event, refreshed logos and menus were unveiled. The streamlined, updated brand identity was introduced — from logos to dinner, saloon, and specialty menus — reinforcing Cattlemens’ Western theme.
The company also announced the celebration will continue with its 600+ employees. Each will receive a custom keychain/50th memento which will entitle them to special meals at the restaurants. The 50th Anniversary milestone is in large part testament to the hard work, dedication, and contributions of Cattlemens employees. They helped shape Cattlemens’ history, contributed to who Cattlemens is today, and will continue to play a vital role in upholding the future of the brand.
